H4H LLC warrants that all work will be completed in a good and workmanlike manner, free in defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year. Customer's sole remedy in the event that H4H LLC breaches this Warranty is to require H4H LLC to repair, or at H4H's sole option, replace any defective workmanship or materials. This warranty is the sole warranty provided by H4H LLC and replaces any warranty, express or implied, in law or equity.
Limitations on Liability: H4H LLC's liability for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by Customer as a result of performance by H4H of its obligations under an agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by Customer under the agreement. Under no circumstances shall H4H be liable for any damages caused to Customer by reason of any delay in commencement or completion of the Project, whether within or outside H4H's control.
Standard Requirements for Installation: Adequate power and lighting will be accessible in the area of the installation. Customer is responsible for supplying trash removal containers/dumpsters. The area of installation must be free and clear, a $30 per man hour fee will be assessed for "detention time" waiting for product to be moved or material to arrive. Excessive shimming of the floor will incur an additional charge. Prices are based on daytime hours, non-holiday or weekend. Permits and licenses are not included. Customer required safety training is not included. |
